Duration Of Dbr: 36 Months. Estimated Quantity Of Goods Planned To Be Purchased: 1200 Pcs. The Contracting Authority Plans To Purchase A Maximum Of 50 Pumps At A Time In One Bidding Stage. The Tenderer Sends The Invitation To Tender Via The Ekr To Those Who Have Been Qualified To Participate. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Start Several Parallel Bidding Stages. In The Second, Bidding Stage Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Set The Bid Deadline In Each Call For Bids In At Least 5 Working Days. Applicants Must State In Their Participation Application That They Accept The Offer Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days (Yes Or No). If All Applicants For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System Answer Yes, Then The Kbt. An Agreement Pursuant To § 84, Paragraph (6) Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Reached And The Bidder Shall Be Entitled To Specify A Bid Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days In All Invitations To Bid. In The Event Of A No Answer, The Bidder Shall Set A Bid Submission Deadline Of At Least 10 Calendar Days, With The Provision That The Bidder And Applicants May Agree On A Shorter Period During The Duration Of The Dbr. During Its Entire Duration, Any Economic Operator Can Join The Dbr That Meets The Suitability Determined By The Contracting Authority
