1. The Subject Of The Order Is Asphalting Of Internal Roads In The Gromnik Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Surfaces, 3) Roadsides. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst) And The Bill Of Quantities.4. Final Remarks: 1) The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In The Sst, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Contract /Appendix No. 7/ ,2) The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Security And Marking Of The Works On His Own, 3) During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain The Construction Site In A Condition Free From Traffic Obstacles And Will Remove And Store All Auxiliary Devices On His Own And At His Own Expense, 4) The Contractor Will Bear There Will Be Full Liability For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works,5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act If The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contain A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. As Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Will Consider Materials And Devices With Technical, Operational And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than The Materials And Devices They Replace. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Pzp, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject
