Building Construction Work – Conversion Of Existing School Building And Construction Of A Single-Field Sports Hall, Bietigheim - Roller Shutter And Sun Protection Work. The Municipality Of Bietigheim/Baden Is Planning To Convert And Expand The Existing 3-Story School Building, With A Basement Into A 3-Room Elementary School With A New Cafeteria/Event Area And A Single-Field Sports Hall. The Old Building And The Caretakers Building Were Examined For Pollutants. Renovation On This Basis Is Carried Out On Site Before The Actual Construction Work Begins. At The Same Time, The Caretakers Building And The Eastern Entrance Porch Will Be Completely Demolished. The Rails Are Mounted Either Directly Or With Spacer Brackets On The Clamping Or Frame Profiles. The Screw-In Sleeves/Rivet Nuts Or Threaded Bolts Required For This Are Provided On Site By The Respective Window Construction Trade After Coordination With The Contractor. The Awning Fabrics To Be Manufactured Are Based On The Manufacturers Product Range And Must Fulfill Both Sun/Heat Protection And Anti-Glare Functions. Internal, Motorized Heat Protection Roller Blinds Guided By Rails In The Glass Rebate Are Planned For External Doors, Some Of Which Also Represent Escape Routes. Emergency Systems Are Not Provided.
