The Purpose Of This Documentation Is To Award The Feasibility Study (Sf) Services With Dali Elements, In Accordance With H.G. No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. On The Basis Of The Service Contract To Be Awarded, The Following Will Be Drawn Up And Handed Over: • The Necessary Documentation For Obtaining Urban Planning Certificates; • Feasibility Study (Sf) With Dali Elements; • Documentation Required By The Urban Planning Certificates Or Necessary For The Investment, According To The Legal Regulations In Force: Expertise, Field Studies, Other Specialized Studies; • The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations Provided For In The Town Planning Certificates; • Providing Specialized Technical Assistance In Order To Start And Run The Procedure For Awarding The Contract/Contracts For Design And Execution Of Works. The Purchase Of Services Is Necessary For The Implementation Of Project C11-Pi1-5, Entitled Eurovelo Route 6 Mehedinți - Dolj - Olt, From Investment I.4 Implementation Of 3000 Km Of Cycling Routes, Financed From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Of Romania, Component 11 – Tourism And Culture, Project With An Implementation Deadline Of June 30, 2026. The Proposed Cycling Route Is 365.542 Km Long And Crosses The Territories Of Mehedinți, Dolj And Olt Counties.
