The Construction Site Is The Wastewater Treatment Plant Of Metsä-Tuomela Waste Station In Nurmijärvi. It Mainly Processes Landfill Leachate And Waste Treatment Field Stormwater. The Treatment Plant Works With An Activated Sludge Process, Where The Post-Treatment Is Clarification. The Purified Waste Water Collected In The Equalization Basin Is Pumped By Lining Oys Packet Pumping Station To The Aeration Process, After Which The Water Flows By Gravity Through The Clarification To The Unloading Pipe. Chemicals Are Dosed Into The Process, E.G. 100% Methanol, Phosphoric Acid And Formic Acid. The Purpose Of The Expansion Duct Is To Expand The Aeration Process With A New Anoxic Block Made Of Concrete And To Convert The Old Anoxic Block Into An Aerobic Block. A New, Larger Clarifier Will Be Added After Aeration. The Renovation Will Focus On Earthworks, Construction, Machinery And Pipeline Installation, Electrical And Automation Work Related To The Aforementioned Process Unit. In Other Respects, The Contract Is Limited To Small Individual Construction Technical Works (Demolition Work, Equipment Foundations, Etc.). The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Giving The Offer. The Presentation Of The Object Must Be Agreed With The Regional Property Manager Aino Angervuori (Aino.Angervuori@Nurmijarvi.Fi). Two Times Are Offered To Get To Know The Destination. The Tenderer Must Register In Advance And Indicate Which Presentation Event He Will Attend. Contractors Who Familiarized Themselves With The Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project On June 6, 2024, Do Not Need To Come Again For Familiarization.
