Establishing Specific Parameters, Verifying Infrastructure Capacity And Simulating Costs And Revenues For Rail Transport Services. 4. Establishing The Staggered March In Rail Transport For Each Growth And Development Pole And The Big Cities And Nearby County Residences. 5. Making Available To Arf A License For Transport Planning And Modeling Software. 6.Training Of Arf Personnel For The Operation Of The Transport Planning And Modeling Software For The Use Of The National Transport Model.
