The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service - The Development Of Project Documentation And Related Services In The Following Scope: • Verification Of The Actual State Of Affairs - Focusing On The Actual State Of Objects And Providing Input Documents For The Development Of The Construction Project According To The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority, Such As, For Example, And Not Only Geodetic Surveying, Surveying Of The Existing Building , Laying Out And Focusing Engineering Networks. • Energy Certificate And Project Energy Assessment - Preparation Of The Energy Certificate Of The Building Before Its Renovation (Pre-Implementation) According To § 7 Of Act No. 555/2005 Coll. On The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And On Amendments And Additions To Certain Laws (Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Act), Serving As A Basis For The Calculation Of Primary Energy Saving Indicators Min. 30% And Co2 Emissions; And The Development Of A Project Energy Assessment During The Renovation Of The Building According To § 4 Et Seq. Of The Act On Energy Efficiency Of Buildings - Determine The Need For Energy In The Building By Calculating According To The Project Documentation And Projected Indicators, And State The Result Of This Assessment In The Technical Report Of The Project Documentation; • Project For Building Permit – Development Of Project Documentation For Building Permit. When Processing The Pd, It Is Required To Incorporate Comments And Follow The Instructions Of Authorized Representatives Of The Public Contracting Authority/Customer, As Well As All Conditions Arising From The Statements Of The Affected Persons Or Authorities As Part Of The Activity For Issuing A Building Permit. The Project Documentation Will Also Include Lists Of All Constructions, Which Will Be Included In The Measurement Statement. • Elaboration Of The Measurement Statement For The Project Documentation For The Building Permit, Including The Evaluated Measurement Statement. • Engineering Activity For Construction Permit - Negotiating The Project During The Works And At The End Of The Works With The Relevant Authorities And Organizations For The Purpose Of Issuing The Building Permit And Other Permits Necessary For Construction, Ensuring The Approval Opinions Of The Authorities, Affected Organizations And Participants In The Construction Proceedings And Incorporating Them Into The Project Documentation. The Price For This Part Also Includes Administrative Fees For The Issuance Of Statements Of Opinions Of The Concerned Authorities And Organizations, Including The Preparation And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Building Permit. • Technical Cooperation (Cooperation) In The Implementation Of Public Procurement/Procurement For The Contractor Of The Building Or Its Parts. The Public Contracting Authority Is Authorized To Carry Out The Construction Of Only Part Of The Construction, Namely In Different Periods, Respectively.
