Purification-Plant Repair And Maintenance Work - Engineering (Design, Authors Supervision And Construction) For Site: Reconstruction Of Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp) Pavel Banya, Agglomeration Pavel Banya With Supply Infrastructure, According To The Contractual Conditions Of Fidic - Yellow Book. The Designated Contractor Should Carry Out The Reconstruction And Modernization Activities Of The Pavel Banya Wwtp, Included In The Scope And Description Of This Documentation, Namely: • Preparation Of An Investment Project; • Obtaining A Building Permit; • Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works At A Working Sewage Treatment Plant; • Carrying Out Copyright Supervision Under Zut; • Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Recording; • Training Of The Employers Staff; • Samples At Completion; • Providing Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation With Protocol Form 16; • Removal Of All Detected Defects During The Defect Reporting Period The Contractors Scope Of Work Must Include All Elements/Aspects So As To Ensure The Proper Implementation Of The Project Including: Design And Preparation Of A Working Project For The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Wwtp; All Construction Installation Works, Delivery And Installation Of Mechanical Technological Equipment; Setup And Commissioning Of The Reconstructed Pavel Banya Wwtp; Personnel Training; Copyright Supervision. Assistance By The Contractor To The Operation In The Maintenance Of The Wwtp During The Defect Reporting Period. The Scope Of Work Includes At Least The Following Elements: • Review And Analysis Of The Available Project Documentation For The Planned Activities, As Well As Bringing It Into Line With The Current Bulgarian Norms For Design And Construction, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; • Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For A Site: Reconstruction Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp) Pavel Banya, Pavel Banya Agglomeration With Supply Infrastructure, According To The Contractual Conditions Of Fidic - Yellow Book According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 D. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; • Coordination Of The Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Normative Base; • Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits According To Bulgarian Legislation; • Obtaining A Building Permit And Legally Starting Construction; • Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, Drawings And Tables; • Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Ppe, Technical Solutions, Refinements And Changes To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; • Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre Office According To Art. 54A Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; • Preparation Of Instructions For Maintenance And Operation Of The Pavel Banya Wwtp; • Training Of The Contractors Personnel, Monitoring And Support Of Operation, Etc
