Construction Work For Airfields, Runways And Manoeuvring Surfaces - Construction Of An Aircraft Apron Along With Accompanying Works In The Scope Of Construction Of 6 Parking Stands Code C, Alternatively 4 Parking Stands Code C And 1 Parking Stand Code E/F At Warsaw Chopin Airport. Scope Of Work Covered By The Order: • Update Of The Detailed Design Based On The Functional And Utility Program In The Scope Of Changes Introduced In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Regulations, In Particular With The Requirements Of Easa And Stwiorb; • Conducting Consultations On The Project After Its Update With The Entities Cooperating At The Chopin Airport In Warsaw Indicated By Ppl S. A. • Carrying Out Construction Works With A Scope Consistent With The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Regulations, In Particular With The Requirements Of Aviation Law (National And Eu) And Stwiorb; • Obtaining All Opinions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of Such A Need; Permission By Way Of A Decision Of The President Of The Civil Aviation Office (Ulc) To Change The Operational And Technical Features Of The Airport Will Be Obtained By The Chopin Airport Administrator On The Basis Of The Project Updated By The Contractor In The Approved Version (The Time Needed To Process The Procedure Is At Least One Month From The Date Of Occurrence); • Obtaining An Occupancy Permit; • Applying To The Competent Authorities And Offices For The Issuance Of Documents Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Power Of Attorney In The Event Of Such A Need, Including: Extracts/Drawings, Etc. • Obtaining A Replacement Zril Decision In The Event Of Using Solutions That Constitute A Significant Departure From The Approved Construction Design Or Other Conditions Specified In The Zril; • Carrying Out An Expropriation Procedure If Necessary; • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Of The Completed Works, Including Documentation For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit As Well As Documentation Of The Completed Works Necessary To Carry Out The Certification Process At The Civil Aviation Authority And Update The Airport Publication Aip Polska; • Implementation Of The Tasks Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Agreement Concluded Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. • Developing And Agreeing With The Police And Ppl, And Then Implementing And Maintaining Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works (Which Will Not Result In Suspension Of Traffic On Public Roads And On Roads And Airport Gates), If Necessary. • In Accordance With §17.5. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of September 11, 2014 On The Operating Conditions Of Airports. The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Work Safety Plan (Pbp) Based On The Safety Analysis And Risk Assessment Of The Work. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Will Familiarize All Employees With The Pbp Prepared By The Employer And Will Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Pbp. • Introducing, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, A New Numbering Of Parking Stands And Nomenclature Of Parking Aprons And Taxiways;
