Urban Planning Services – Center Manager For The Municipality Of Illingen. The Municipality Of Illingen Is Looking For A Center Manager To Support The Implementation Of The Overall Urban Development Measure. The Most Important Task Of The Center Manager Is To Be The Central Contact For All Those Involved In City And Town Center Development. In Order To Implement Measures From The Isek “Central Place Illingen 2030, 1St Update”, Such As The Preparation Of The Annual Application For Funds As Well As The Application For Funds And The Accounting Of Ongoing Measures As Part Of The Annual Call For Funds, The Center Manager Should Support And Look After The Community. Furthermore, The Center Manager Should Provide The Following Services: - Promotion And Communication, Networking And Cooperation In The Town Center, Including The Activation And Networking Of Local Actors, In Particular Real Estate And Property Owners, Retailers, Traders And Craftsmen. - Interface Function Between The Municipality, The Steering Group And All Other Actors. - Supporting Self-Organization And Resident Participation. -Coordination And Bundling Of Other Center Development Activities. - Initiation Of Initiatives, Actions And Projects In The Central Location, If Necessary Advising Local Actors On Their Project Developments And Renovation Plans. - Management Of The Existing Steering Group, Regular Holding Of Meetings Including Moderation, Preparation And Follow-Up, Further Activation By Attracting New Actors. - Carrying Out Controlling And Evaluation. - Management And Activation Of The Disposal Fund: Including Obtaining Private Co-Financing. - Supervision Of Projects Financed From The Disposal Fund. - Further Development Of City Management/Marketing Based On Previous Initiatives. - Development Of Measures To Reactivate And Eliminate Commercial And Residential Vacancies In The Funding Area. - Brownfield Reactivation Within The Central Town Of Illingen 2030, For Example Through Expression Of Interest Procedures. - Supervision Of The Design Guidelines In The Funding Area: Advice And Inspiration For Homeowners For Private Modernization. - Implementation And Control Of Public And Press Work, - On-Site Presence In The Town Center Office (Probably An Average Of 4 Hours Per Week), As Well As Flexible Presence In The Community With An Active Approach To The Actors. - Development Of A Functional Actor Structure To Revitalize The Center After The Overall Urban Development Measure Has Expired (Permanent). The Contract Is Initially For 36 Months, With A Possible Extension Of A Further Two Years. The Calculation Is Based On An Average Workload Of 15 Hours Per Week.
