Former Printing House And The Additional Room Groups Connected To It, Currently Operating As An Experimental Animal Operating Room. The Part Of The Building Can Be Explored From The West And South. Renovated In 2010-11. 3. There Are Currently Warehouses And Garages In The Rooms That Can Be Explored From The North And East Sides Of The Building. Since Construction, Renovations Have Been Carried Out To A Negligible Extent And Quantity. The Building Has A Central Main Wall And Two Longitudinal Main Walls, Forming Tracts With A Span Of 2×6.40 M. Based On Our Partial Excavations, The Walls Are 38 Cm Thick Small Brick Walls, The Closing Slab Is A Reinforced Concrete Brick Inlay Slab With Slag Filling. The Roof And Roof Deck Consist Of A Reinforced Concrete Rafter Placed Every Meter, A Counter Batten Placed On Them, Laths And Rhombus Slate Covering. The Horn Posts Are Tied Into A Reinforced Concrete Wreath, The Role Of The Towing Iron Is Performed By The Reinforced Concrete Slab. Transformation Description: Semmelweis University Separated From The Existing Premises During Land Redevelopment And Thereby Intends To Create A New Independently Operating Experimental Animal House And Operating Room. Due To The New Land Development And Expanding Functions, A New Main Entrance, A Parking Lot Covered With Solar Panels, An Accessible Parking Lot, And A New Entrance Suitable For Transporting Animals Will Be Built On The Combined Lot, On The East Side Of The Building, As Indicated On The Site Plans. The Functional Design Of The New Building Is Adapted To The Structure Of The Existing Building Structure. Due To The Development Of The Plot, The Main Entrance Will Be Moved To The East Side, Approximately In The Midpoint Of The Longitudinal Axis Of The Building. The Functional Order Of The Building Is Rational, The Operating Block Can Be Reached From The Main Entrance In The Same Place As The Existing One, And The Animal House And Service Rooms Were Located On The Side Facing The Street. The Group Of Rooms On The First Floor Can Be Accessed Via The Elevator And Staircase At The Main Entrance. On The First Floor, There Were Offices, A Seminar Room, A Tea Kitchen, And Mechanical Rooms. Currently, The Building Has A Plastered Facade, Aged Wood And 10-Year-Old Plastic Doors And Windows, And A Natural Stone Plinth. The Building Will Be Completely Remodeled, Only The Exterior Brickwork Will Remain. Strengthening Of Foundations, Subsequent Insulation Of The Remaining Walls Against Moisture, A New Central Main Wall, A New Slab And Roof Structure Are Being Built, With New Interior Room Groups And Building Structure Design, Completely New Facade Layers And Canopies. A New Road Inside The Property, Green Area And Utility System, New Internal Building Mechanics And Building Electrical System Are Being Built. Heat Pump And Vrv System Heating And Vrv System Cooling Are Planned For The Building. 3 Indoor Air Handling Units With Vrv Heat Sources Must Be Installed For The Building.
