The Current Aulario Building Sits On The Main Naves Of The Old Yutera Palentina. It Had Several Extensions And Modifications That Altered Its Original Image, Transforming Those Warehouses Into The Current Teaching Building. It Presents, Apart From The Central, Open Patio, A Series Of Interior Patios That Provide Light And Ventilation To The Classrooms And Laboratories And That Are The Result Of This Rehabilitation Project. The Roof Presents Different Solutions: Flat Roof In The Administration Building, Flat Roof With Skylights Over The Workshop Area Located To The West, And In The Rest The Shape Of The Original Sawtooth Roof, Typical Of Factory Architecture, Is Preserved. But Resolved In Different Ways. In The Eastern Area With New Steel Trusses And A Substructure In The Classroom Area, While In The Eastern Part (Gymnasium, Library) It Is Solved With Prefabricated Concrete Pillars And Beams. Currently Its Use Is For Teaching, Integrating A Series Of Classrooms, Laboratories And Workshops, A Gym And Library, As Well As The Deanships Of The Faculties Of Education And Labor Sciences, Distributed Over The Two Floors Of The Building.
