Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of Road Safety Measures Within Sector 3 - Elevation Of Pedestrian Crossings And Intersections In The Vicinity Of Educational Institutions And Congested Areas Within Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest Frequency And Value Of Contracts To Be Awarded: The Larger Subsequent Contract: Estimated Value 15,461,615.87 Lei Without Vat; Maximum Framework Agreement: Estimated Value 231,924,238.00 Lei Without Vat; The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 36 Months From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties, And Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest Expects To Conclude 15 Subsequent Contracts During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Reserving The Right To Conclude Contracts According To Needs. The Duration Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Will Not Exceed 6 Months. The Execution Duration Of The Works Will Be A Maximum Of 6 Months From The Issuance Of The Start Order. Revision Clause: The Procurer-Procurer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation By Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Maximum Value Estimated For The Framework Agreement, For Each Category Of Work Separately, Without Exceeding The Corresponding Thresholds Provided By Art. 7 Para. 1 Law No. 98/2016 For The Type Of Procedure Carried Out. The Price Of The Works That Can Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Review Clause Will Be That Of The Financial Proposal That Is The Basis Of The Framework Agreement (Adjusted As The Case May Be According To The Adjustment Formula), The Time Period In Which This Option Can Be Used By The Prospective Purchaser : Throughout The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract. The Low Value Modification Provided For By Art. 221 Para. (1), Lit. F) From Law No. 98/2016 Is Treated And Calculated Separately From The Amendment Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016.
