The Purchase Of Digital Equipment Within The Project: Modernisation Of The Educational Infrastructure And Related Equipment For The Pre-University Education Units In The City Of Miercurea Nirajului, Under The Conditions And Quantities Stipulated In The Terms Of Reference, Part Of The Award Documentation. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By The Governments Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days.
