Support Services For Railway Transport – Support The Implementation Of The Eu Acquis In The Rail Sector Through Establishment And Capacity Building Of The Required Rail Authorities And Systems. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Contribute And Provide Support To Albanian Railway Sector To Bring Albania’S Policies And Legislation In Line With The Eu Acquis And To Build Administrative Capacity To Implement Sector Policies And The Adopted Legislation Fully And Effectively Through Support In The Following Areas: • Prioritize And Draft The Railway Legal Framework, In Line With The Eu Acquis. • Improve And Strengthen The Institutional Capacities Of The Mie And Other Albanian Railway Authorities, Through Capacity Building Activities, With Special Focus On Approximation And Implementation Of The Eu Acquis.
