Partial Task No. 1: Preparation Of A Technical And Construction Inventory Together With An Assessment Of The Technical Condition And, On Their Basis, Preparation Of Energy Performance Certificates For Buildings And Parts Of Buildings - 32 In Total, Located In The Namysłów Poviat, Province. Opole Province.1. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Technical And Construction Inventory Along With An Assessment Of The Technical Condition. The Inventory Includes At Least: A Descriptive Part, Characteristics Of The Building, Size Data Of The Building, Description Of The Building Structure, Finishing Materials Used, Assessment Of The Technical Condition, Conclusions And Recommendations , Drawings – Projections, Cross-Sections, Photos; Additionally: A Statement Of The Person Preparing The Inventory That The Presented Data Is Consistent With The Actual Situation.2) Preparation, Based On The Technical And Construction Inventory, Of Energy Performance Certificates That Specify The Amount Of Energy Demand Necessary To Meet The Energy Needs Related To The Use Of The Building Or Part Of The Building Together With Submitting The Certificate To The Central Register Of Energy Performance Of Buildings, Subject To Reservation Point 3) Below;3) If It Is Demonstrated That The Building Or Part Of The Building Does Not Require The Obligation To Have An Energy Certificate, A Statement Should Be Prepared Containing The Reason For Exclusion From Such An Obligation;2. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Documentation Actually Prepared, Referred To In Point 1, Point 1) And 2), Respectively. If The Building Or Part Of The Building Does Not Require The Preparation Of An Energy Certificate, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration Only For Preparing The Inventory Referred To In Point 1.3. For Preparing The Declaration Referred To In Point 1 Point 3) The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages In This Respect.4. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Complete The Subject Of The Order At A Level Not Lower Than 70%.5. Energy Performance Certificates And The Declaration Referred To In Point 1.3), Prepared And Signed By Persons Authorized To Draw Up Energy Performance Certificates, Which Are Entered In The Central Register Of Energy Performance Of Buildings, Are Submitted To The Ordering Party In Paper Form, And Issued The Certificate Is To Bear A Number Assigned In The Central Register Of Energy Performance Of Buildings.6. The Contractor Will Provide Complete And Signed Documentation Referred To In Point 1, Subpoints 1) -3) And In Point 5 In A Paper Version In The Amount Of 1 Copy And In Electronic Form In The Form Of Files In Adobe Acrobat Format (Pdf), As Well As In An Editable Format - For Point 1. Subpoints 1) And 3) (Doc, Dwg) Transferred On A Medium Of A Given Type In Depending On The Size Of The Data - Cd Or Dvd - In The Amount Of 1 Copy.4.3. Other Information About The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Contract Contract.
