It Must Be Part Of The System, A Platform For Managing Attendance, Overtime, Time Banks, Absences, And Other Records, As Well As Notes And Uploading Attachments Relating To The Functional Life Of Servers, Insertion Of Multiple Managers, Creation And Management Of Different Shifts For The Purposes Of Effective Exercise And Time Counting. The Platform Must Provide Management Of Up To 300 Servers, Which May Vary During The Term Of The Contract. The Company That Emerges As The Winner Must Provide Online Technical Assistance 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Via System Chat, Telephone And Messaging Applications. At The End Or In The Event Of Termination Of The Contract By Either Party, The Contracted Company Must Make Available To The Contracting Party The Database And A Lifetime Platform That Is Easy To Locate, View And Print All Data Generated During The Term Of The Contract . The Winning Company Must Decode And Insert Into Its Platform The Existing Database In The System Currently Used By The Municipality Of Simonésia For The Purposes Of Querying, Visualizing And Printing This Data.
