Construction-Site Supervision Services – Supervision Of Works On Construction Of The Sewerage Network And Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Municipality Of Rožaje. Scope Of Procurement Is Provision Of The Official Review Of The Detailed Design For Wwtp And Supervision Of Works On Sewerage Network And Wwtp. Indicative Scope Of Works On The Project “Ww & Wwtp Works - Rožaje”, Which Will Be Implemented According To Fidic Yellow Book (1999 Ed), Include: 1. Sewerage Network: Phase I: Construction Of The Main Collector, Pumping Station For Transfer Of Collected Wastewater From The Urban Area And Connections For Ii And Iii Phase; Phases Ii And Iii: Construction Of Wastewater Network With Total Length Of L=13,793 M 2. Wastewater Treatment Plant: Design And Construction Of A Conventional Activated Sludge Process With Biological Nutrient Removal (Cas With Bnr) And Aerobic Sludge Stabilization For 20,000 Pe. The Supervision Of Works Shall Be Implemented In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Montenegrin Legislation And Relevant Eu And Eib Requirements. The Consultant Must Particularly Consider Licensing And Permits Requirements In The Law On Planning And Construction Of Structures In Montenegro In Force. Nature Of Contract: Fee-Based. Candidature: Participation Is Open To All Natural Persons And Legal Persons (Participating Either Individually Or In A Grouping – Consortium – Of Candidates/Tenderers) Originating From All Countries Of The World. Participation Is Also Open To International Organisations. Firms Originating From All Countries Of The World Are Eligible To Tender For Works, Goods And Services Contracts. All Eligible Natural And Legal Persons (As Above) Or Grouping Of Such Persons (Consortia) May Apply. A Consortium May Be A Permanent, Legally Established Grouping Or A Grouping Which Has Been Constituted Informally For A Specific Tender Procedure. All Partners Of A Consortium (I.E. The Leader And All Other Partners) Are Jointly And Severally Liable To The Contracting Authority. The Participation Of An Ineligible Natural Or Legal Person Will Result In The Automatic Exclusion Of That Person And, If A Member Of A Consortium, Of The Whole Consortium. A Subcontractor Is Not Considered To Be A Consortium Member For The Purposes Of This Application. No More Than One Application Or Tender Can Be Submitted By A Natural Or Legal Person Whatever The Form Of Participation (As An Individual Legal Entity Or As Leader Or Partner Of A Consortium Submitting An Application/Tender). In The Event That A Natural Or Legal Person Submits More Than One Application Or Tender, All Applications Or Tenders In Which That Person Has Participated Will Be Excluded. Number Of Candidates To Be Short-Listed: On The Basis Of The Application Received, Between 3 And 8 Candidates Will Be Invited To Submit Detailed Tenders For This Contract.
