The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Natural, High-Methane Gas With The Symbol E According To Pn-C04750:2011 For The Needs Of The Facilities Of The Tarnowskie Góry Sports And Recreation Center Sp. Z O.O. I.E. Water Park In Tarnowskie Góry. 2. The Expected Estimated Demand For Natural Gas During The Term Of The Contract Will Be 4,080,000 Kwh For A Period Of 12 Months From July 1, 2024. Until June 30, 2025 Quantity For Individual Months: - July - 340,000 Kwh - August - 340,000 Kwh - September - 340,000 Kwh - October - 340,000 Kwh - November - 340,000 Kwh - December - 340,000 Kwh - January - 340,000 Kwh - February - 340,000 Kwh - March - 340,000 Kwh - April - 340,000 Kwh - May - 340,000 Kwh - June - 340,000 Kwh 1.1 Natural Gas Will Be Supplied Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Dso, With Which The Ordering Party Will Have Signed An Agreement For Provision Of Such Services, No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of Sales Of Gas Fuel, Under This Agreement. 1.2 The Supplied Gaseous Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 833, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And Polish Standards . 1.3 Natural Gas Will Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day. 1.4 Delivery Must Be Continuous And Uninterrupted For The Duration Of The Contract. 3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 3.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Annex To The Swz 3.2 Contract Template, Which Is An Annex To The Swz 4 Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract: 4.1 Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor (Or Subcontractor Within The Meaning Of Article 7 Point 27) Of The Pzp To Employ Persons Under An Employment Relationship Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of The Order. 5 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5.1 The Offer Must Cover The Entire Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5.2 A Partial Offer Will Constitute An Offer With Content Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order And Will Be Rejected, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That Failure To Meet The Requirements Specified In Points 6.1 And 6.2 Above Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
