B) Processing Of The Notification Of Intent Pursuant To § 6 (Hereinafter Referred To As Eia Notification) And Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Eia Documentation) Pursuant To § 8 Of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, As Amended. The Conclusion From The Eia Process Will Be Incorporated Into The Dusl. The Customer Reserves The Scope Of This Performance As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz. The Contractor Will Implement The Performance On The Basis Of The Customers Instruction, Which Occurs If The Kú Pk Decides So On The Basis Of Necessary And Significant Modifications Of The Project Plan Compared To The Originally Submitted Dur. C) Preparation Of Project Documentation For A Joint Permit According To The Line Act, Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, Obtain A Valid Planning Permit According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, Effective From 1. 1. 2024 (Hereinafter Referred To As Nsz), Including The Assessment Of Conformity Or Suitability For The Use Of The Interoperability Element Or The Ec Declaration Of Verification Of The Subsystem By The Notified Body, And The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator When Working On The Construction Site In The Preparation Phase, Including The Preparation Of The Osh Plan On The Construction Site And The Manual Maintenance. D) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Project Permit According To The Nsz, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Project Permit (Construction Or Equipment Permit). The Contractor Will Cooperate In The Issuance Of Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding (In The Case Of Submission Of An Incomplete Application, Interruption Due To Missing Or Defectively Processed Documents, This Is A Defect Of The Work). E) Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Which Elaborates And Defines The Requirements For The Construction In Details That Specify The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Is The Basis For The Tender Procedure For The Construction Of The Construction, F) Preparation Of The Update Of The Project Plan According To The Rules For Procedures During Preparation Investment And Non-Investment Actions Of Transport Infrastructure, Financed Without The Participation Of The State Budget (Hereinafter Referred To As The Rules).
