Construction Work - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Authors Supervision And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Construction Of A Fuel Service Hangar - Mińsk Mazowiecki.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Hereinafter Also: Design Documentation), Together With The Preparation Of Appropriate Formal And Legal Documents And, On Their Basis, Obtaining The Necessary Connection Conditions, Arrangements, Consents And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works ; 2) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation And Obtaining Administrative Decisions Enabling The Use Of The Completed Buildings, I.E.: A) Construction Of An Fa-50 Fuel Service Hangar With A Steel Structure Shelter For Transport Containers And The Necessary Infrastructure. The Following Rooms Will Be Separated In The Building: Office, Social, Hygienic And Sanitary, Warehouse, Workshop And Technical Rooms. The Building Should Be Equipped With: – Sanitary Installations, – Electrical Installations, – It And Telecommunications Installations. The Main Part Of The Building Should Be A Single-Story, Two-Station Hangar Hall Adapted To Fuel Aircraft, B) Felling Of Trees Interfering With The Investment, C) Demolition Of Hardened Surfaces, Networks And Connections, D) Construction Of Electrical, Telecommunications And Sanitary Connections, E) Construction Of Sidewalks And Hardened Concrete Surfaces With Traffic Management Markings, F) Construction Of A Fire Protection Pumping Station Building. With A Tank And Water And Foam Installation; 3) Exercising Authors Supervision Within The Scope Of The Prepared Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Throughout The Implementation Of Construction Works And At The Request Of The Ordering Party Until The Expiry Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period; 4) Carrying Out Trials, Tests And Commissioning Of Installed Devices, Systems And Installations; 5) Effective Commissioning Of Constructed Facilities And Systems (Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit). 2. Warranty And Warranty Conditions 1) Warranty Service For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Placing The Subject Of The Order For Use; 2) The Required Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Construction Works, Materials, Devices And Equipment Used For Them, Is At Least 60 Months; 3) The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is At Least 5 Years. 3. Order Completion Date 1) Start Date Of The Agreement: On The Day Of Signing The Agreement. 2) Deadline For Delivering The Construction Design To The Ordering Party (Pzt, Pab, Pt) Together With Obtaining The Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Apply For A Building Permit: Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement. 3) Deadline For Completing The Remaining Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including The Detailed Design, Along With Obtaining Arrangements And The Decision On The Building Permit: 13 Months From Signing The Contract. 4) Deadline For Completion Of Construction Works: Up To 30 Months From Signing The Contract. 5) Deadline For Completing The Authors Supervision: Until The Date Of Completion Of Construction Works (I.E. Until The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report
