The Subject Is The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Reconstruction And Completion Of The Primary School In The Village Of Kvetoslavov. The Main Building Is Divided Into Two Expansion Units: School - So 01 Main Building And Under The Gym Building - So 01.T Gym. The Building Has Three Floors And A Partial Basement, The Individual Floors Are Set Back In Different Ways, The Gymnasium Is Embedded In The 1St Floor. Structurally, The Object Is A Wooden Structure In Combination With Masonry Or Reinforced Concrete Parts. The Original, Preserved Part Consists Of Brick Columns On The 1St Floor. The Contract Also Includes An Option To Build A Gym Defined By A Separate Budget Construction_Gym - Reconstruction And Completion Of The Elementary School In Kvetoslavov. The Option Can Be Exercised By The Public Contracting Authority Within 12 Months From The Effective Date Of The Contract, By Means Of A Written Amendment To The Contract. The Same Contractual Provisions Apply To The Option As To The Work Itself, Including Invoicing Conditions, Obligations Of The Contractor, Guarantees And Sanctions.
