Padniewski In Krakow As Part Of The Civic Budget - 4Th Edition, On Plot No. 20/48 Rev. 48 Of The Registered Office Of Nowa Huta In Kraków, Including The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Including Decisions On Pnb, Reference Number: Au-01-3.6740.1.2789.2018.Kka.Msś Number 699/6740.1/2019 Of April 12, 2019. 1.3 As Part Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed, Among Others: 1.3.1 Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With A Water Supply Connection, Water Supply, Electrical And Brine Technological Installations, As Well As Land Development, Including: Preparation Of The Construction Site, Earthworks As Part Of The Foundation Excavation, Works Earthworks Related To The Replacement Of Soil, Construction Of A Reservoir (Basin), Construction Of A Wooden Structure From Larch Wood, Sanitary Installation Works (Preparatory, Earthwork, Installation In The Ground - Water Network And Installation, Construction Of A Water Meter Well, Water Supply Installation Of A Graduation Tower, Brine Installation In A Graduation Tower, Delivery Brine), Electrical Installation Works (Earthworks, Laying Cables, Wires, Cable Piping, Construction Of Field Switchboards, Lighting And Service Sockets, Taking Measurements), Finishing Works (Building Bushes And Laying Blackthorn, Installation Of Concrete Pavement, Laying Lawns, Planting Ornamental Grasses), Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Training Of The Employers Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Brine Graduation Tower. 1.3.2 The Ordering Party Informs That It Waives The Implementation Of Cctv Video Monitoring For The Facility And The Area, And Consequently These Works Are Not Covered By The Scope Of The Order. 1.3.3 After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Acceptance Documents And Submit A Notification On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. On The Completion Of Construction Works, Completed Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Krakow And Obtaining No Objection To The Submitted Notification And Commencement Of Use For The Area In Question Covered By The Pnb Decision To Obtain A Permit To Use This Scope, And Consequently, Warranty Periods Will Run According To These Scopes And Acceptances And Warranty And Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract.1.9 The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Abbreviated As Stwiorb) And In Accordance With The Attached Graphic Attachments.1.10 An Integral Part Of The Swz Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Materials Attached To Swz, In Particular Design Documentation With Arrangements, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Tables Of Manufactured Elements (Maintenance, Assets), Templates Of Material Approval Cards, Templates Of Subcontracting Declarations, Templates Of Protocols, Guidelines, Equivalence Table And Others Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz (1 File In Zip Format). The Ordering Party Emphasizes That It Has The Right To Update The Designs During The Procedure And During The Construction Period. 1.11 The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Only Indicative And Auxiliary, And The Basis For Preparing The Offer, Determining The Scope And Calculating The Lump Sum Price, And Then Settling The Contract Is Design Documentation And Stwiorb.1.12 The Description Of The Requirements And Conditions Related To The Execution Of The Order And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Are Presented In Point 5) 7., Swz And Annex No. 9 To Swz.2.
