The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Direct, Permanent Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Of The Silesian Library In Katowice, Located On The Properties At Plac Rady Europa 1, Ul. Ligonia 7 And Ul. Francuska 12 In Katowice. 1. The Facility Of The Silesian Library In Katowice, Plac Rady Europa 1, Which Is Subject To Mandatory Protection - Included In The Register Of Areas, Facilities And Devices Subject To Mandatory Protection By Specialized Armed Security Formations, Entered Into The Register Under The Number Woj-15, Consisting Of: 1) 24-Hour Protection Of Persons And Property Located Within The Protected Facility; 2) Organization Of The Protective Service Based On A System Of Permanent And Ad Hoc Posts, And An Armed Intervention Station Of The Intervention Group; 3) Guarding The Property Entrusted For Protection, Devices Supporting Security, Securing Them Against Theft, Destruction Or Damage Within The Library; 4) Preventing Illegal Entry (Entry) Of Unauthorized Persons (Vehicles) Into The Premises Of The Protected Facility; 5) Direct Protection Of The Facility Through Observation, Patrolling The Facility, Including The External Area, And Launching An Armed Intervention Station And An Intervention Group That Will Arrive And Strengthen The Security Of The Facility In No Longer Than 15 Minutes (Or A Shorter Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form ) Upon Receiving A Signal From The Security Shift Commander; 6) Maintaining Cooperation In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property With The Police, Fire Protection Units, City Guard And Other Entities; 7) Performing Other Tasks Resulting From The Protection Plan Of The Silesian Library; 8) Providing First Pre-Medical Aid If Necessary. Number Of Security Staff - 8 Employees 24 Hours A Day, As Specified: 1) 5 (Five) Employees, Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Staff, Having Id Cards Of Persons Allowed To Possess Weapons - During The Access To The Collections, Which To The Rule: 2) 3 (Three) Employees, Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees, Possessing Id Cards Of Persons Allowed To Possess Weapons - Outside The Time When The Collections Are Made Available. As Part Of The Offered Price, The Contractor Must Provide Two Means Of Communication (Radiotelephone) At Each Permanent Post In The Facility At Pl. Council Of Europe 1, I.E. A Total Of 6 Pieces.
