Rowy In The Słowiński National Park, In Particular: Demolition Of The Existing Tower And Construction Of A New One, Along With Reconstruction Of The Existing Dirt Road (Access To The Tower) And Renovation Of The Existing Access To The Tower. The Tower Is A Spatial Steel Truss Structure, Equipped With A Staircase Allowing Access To The Observation Deck. The Tower Is Non-Convergent Throughout Its Entire Height, The Spacing Of The Curbs Is 4.0 M. The Cross-Section Is Square Throughout Its Entire Height. The Total Height Of The Tower Is H = 13.2 M Above Ground Level. The Height Of The Observation Deck Is 12.0 M Above Sea Level. 2. The Scope Of Work Will Include In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site (Marking, Protection Of The Ground And The Coastal Zone And The Waters Of Lake Gardno Against Waste Generated As A Result Of Construction, Designation Of Hazardous Zones, Etc.); 2) Preparation Of The Existing Foundation - Cleaning The Surface From Contamination , Covering The Joint Between The Existing And New Foundations With Bonding Mortar, Gluing Reinforcing Bars; 3) Construction Of 20 Micropiles With A Length Of 7.0 M/1 Pile (5 Micropiles For Each Curb); 4) Preparation Of The Ground Around The Existing Foundation And Preparation Of Sub-Base Concrete; 5) Construction Of A Foundation Slab - A Foundation Slab In A Square Shape With A Side Of 8 .0 M With Three Steps Around The Entire Perimeter. Slab Height 0.44 M (Step Height 15.0 Cm And 2 X 14.5 Cm). 6) Horizontal Assembly Of Individual Tower Elements. The Tower Consists Of 2 Sections (Segments) With A Length Of 1 X 5.83 M And 1 X 5.537 M;7) Vertical Assembly Of The Steel Structure Of The Tower;8) Preparation Of Reports After The Completion Of The Tower Assembly (Tightening The Screws, Measuring The Leveling Of Foundation Anchors, Measuring The Verticality Structure);9) Installation Of Tower Equipment (Stairs, Landings, Terrace, Side Rails, Benches - Larch Wood)10) Construction Of Lightning Protection Elements;11) Reconstruction Of The Existing Dirt Road (On Plots No. 483/1, 11/1) With A Length Of 73 .75 M And 5.5 M Wide, In The Final Section 10.75 M Long And 5.25 M Wide12) Renovation Of The Existing Access From The Tower To The Ground Grove, Approx. 28 M Long And Approx. 1.2 M Wide At The Crown13) Landscaping; 14) Tidying Up The Work Area, Restoring It To The Condition Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. 15) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Application And Obtain A Decision On The Permission To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; 16) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order During The Declared Period On Offer, Not Less Than 36 Months. Under The Warranty Granted, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Free Maintenance Works On The Tower By April 30 Each Year, Consisting Of Impregnating All Wooden Elements Once A Year (Stair Coverings, Observation Deck, Side Rails, Benches), Ensuring Comprehensive Protection Of The Wood Against Moisture, Biological Factors And The Effects Of The Sun, Along With The Contractor Bearing All Work Costs, Including The Costs Of Materials, Transport And Travel Costs, Etc. 3. Due To The Very High Level Of Groundwater, As Well As The Possibility Of Flooding Or Flooding The Entire Foundation And The Area Around The Facility I.E. The Access From The Tower To The Dirt Road, As Well As The Dirt Road Itself, Which Is Subject To Reconstruction - The Employer Recommends Carrying Out Earthworks And Concrete Works In Dry Periods Or In Periods Of Low Rainfall.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Design Documentation - Annex No. 4 And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. Construction Works Will Be Performed In The National Park And Natura 2000 Areas, Where The Provisions Of The Nature Protection Act Apply.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Be Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Persons With The Help Of Whom The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Concrete Works, 4) Assembly Works, 5) Road Works, 6) Cleaning Works.
