Renewal Of Work Accident Insurance For Non-Statutory Hr Rail Staff, Whether Or Not Made Available To Sncb Or Infrabel. The Overall Duration Of The Contract Is 6 Years. Firm Duration: 2 Years. Renewals: 4 Times 1 Year. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract: 01/01/2025. The Estimated End Date Of The Contract: 12/31/2030. The Contract Will Be Subscribed For A Firm Period Of 2 Years, Renewable By Tacit Agreement For Four Successive Periods Of 1 Year, Unless Terminated By One Of The Parties With 6 Months Notice. The Corporate Division Of Sncb Has Been Designated By The Contracting Entity (Hr Rail) To Carry Out The Consultation Of The Insurance Market, The Negotiations As Well As The Placement Of The Insurance Policy Covered By This Notice, In Compliance With All Applicable Legislation In This Area.
