When Executing The Order, The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out: 1.1. Current Repair Of: - Road And Street Network - The Municipal Road And Street Network, On The Territory Of Elin Pelin Municipality; - Road Facilities - Bridges, Culverts, Car Underpasses And Overpasses, And Others According To The Subject Of This Order; - Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure - In Accordance With The Subject Of This Order. Current Repairs Should Be Carried Out By: - Removal Of Individual Damages On The Roadway; - Restoration Of Destroyed Sidewalks, Curbs, Drainage Facilities In Separate Sections; - Repair Of Individual Damages – Holes, Cracks, Collapsed Edges And Others; - Removal Of Individual Deformations - Waves, Ruts And Other Irregularities; - Repair And Filling Of Joints And Other Road Facilities; - Lifting, Dipping And Replacing Covers Of Inspection And Rainwater Shafts; - Construction Of New Rain Catchment Shafts; - If Necessary, Repair Of Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure. 1.2. Construction, Overhaul, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation Of: - Road And Street Network - The Municipal Road And Street Network On The Territory Of Elin Pelin Municipality; - Road Facilities - Bridges, Culverts, Car Underpasses And Overpasses, And Others According To The Subject Of This Order; - Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure, According To The Subject Of This Order. Implementation Of Construction In All Parts Of The Approved Investment Projects Includes: - Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary And Corresponding To The Regulation On The Essential Requirements For Constructions And Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Construction Products (Construction Materials, Including Asphalt Mixtures, Concrete And Other Products, Elements, Details, Sets, Etc.); - Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, Storage Of Materials And Equipment In Cases Where They Are Outside The Territory On Which The Construction Is Being Built; - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; - Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Constructions; - Participation In Procedures For Putting Constructions Into Operation; - Elimination Of The Deficiencies Established During The Handover Of The Constructions And Their Commissioning; - Warranty Maintenance Of The Constructions, Including Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer And National Legislation; - In The Event Of Emergency Situations, Emergency Restoration Works Are Carried Out Immediately, Aimed At Restoring A Minimum Level Of Service After The Occurrence Of Emergency Situations.
