Event Services – Public Contract For The Contracting Of Services Including A Framework Agreement For The Operational Support Of Internal Events And Actions. This Contract Is A Service Contract For The Parking Agency Of The Brussels-Capital Region Intended To Provide Operational Support For Internal Events And Actions Which Will Be Carried Out With The Aim Of Strengthening Links Between Employees And Developing Their Commitment To -With Regard To The Agency And Its Missions. In Collaboration With Our Internal Communications Manager, The Services To Be Provided Are: Events And Actions Operational Support For The Implementation Of Events, Actions And One-Off Activities (“Team Building”, Staff Party, Swearing-In Of Our Stewards, Internal Competitions, Etc.) Physical, Hybrid Or Virtual Which Contribute To The Connection Between Employees And Their Commitment Within The Agency; Set Up Small “Celebrations” For The Closing Of Major Projects, For Successes, Etc. ; Be Able To Propose Trusted And Quality Bidders For These Events And Actions (E.G.: Dj, Photographer, Caterer, Room, Personalized Goodies For Branding); Demonstrate Originality; Respect A Previously Established Budget; Take Into Account All The Specificities Of The Agency; Establish A Calendar Of Upcoming Events For Better Planning.
