Kalundborg Varmeforsyning (Hereafter Orderer) Is Working To Renew And Optimize The District Heating Supply For The Benefit Of Existing And Future Heating Customers. The Ordering Party Therefore Wishes To Purchase A Flexible Meter And Data Collection Infrastructure That Matches The Ordering Partys Desire For A Data Collection For A Number Of Different Purposes. The Tendered Contract Includes The Following Main Services: - Delivery Of New Heat Meters (Approx. 5,000) During The Implementation Period - Installation Of New Heat Meters (Approx. 5,000) During The Implementation Period - Delivery Of Data Retrieval Infrastructure - Operational System For Decryption And Integration Of Data Into The Customers Systems (Retrieval System) - Delivery Of New Heat Meters (Approx. 350) After The End Of The Implementation Period. The Primary Purpose Of The Tendered Contract Is To Ensure The Replacement Of The Ordering Partys Existing Heat Meters In Order To Support Correct - And Remotely Read - Consumption Billing. In Addition, Data Collection Pursuant To The Tendered Contract Must Fulfill The Ordering Partys Wish To Continuously Explore The Possibilities Of Using Consumption Data For Various Purposes - To The Benefit Of Both The Consumers And The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Therefore Expects To Find A Cooperation Partner With The Tender Who Can Both Ensure A Robust Meter Replacement During The Implementation Period, And Who Can Also Be An Active Cooperation Partner For The Ordering Party In Relation To Its Considerations About Future Data Use. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Specific Wishes For Technology Regarding The Data Retrieval Infrastructure, As The Ordering Party Simply Wants The Data Retrieval Infrastructure That Best Meets The Ordering Partys Wishes And Requirements. The Tenderer Is Therefore Free To Propose Solutions That Include Data Retrieval Based On E.G. Wm-Bus, Lorawan, Nb-Iot, Lte-M, Gprs/Gsm (2-5) Or Other Technology. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Does Not Wish To Lock In Advance The Choice Between Owning Or Renting The Data Acquisition Infrastructure, Just As The Ordering Party Has Not Decided In Advance Whether The Heat Meters Should Be Battery-Powered Or Mains-Powered. The Tenderers Must Therefore Submit An Offer For At Least One Of The Combinations Below, As The Tender Is Carried Out As A Parallel Tender: - Combination 1: Battery-Powered Meters + Operating Agreement On The Data Collection Infrastructure - Combination 2: Powered Meters + Operating Agreement On The Data Collection Infrastructure - Combination 3: Battery-Powered Meters + Sale Of The Data Collection Infrastructure - Combination 4: Powered Meters + Sale Of The Data Collection Infrastructure The Tenderer Is Free To Submit A Tender For One, Several Or All Combination Options. At The Same Time, A Tenderer Must Submit Several Offers For The Same Combination Solution, For Example If The Tenderer Considers That The Combination Solution Can Be Fulfilled With Different Technology.
