The Subject Of The Order Is Construction And Assembly Works For The Task: Modernization Of The Overhead Section Of Lsn 15 Kv Piątek Powered By Gpz Łęczyca. 1.1. The Task In Question Concerns: Reconstruction Of The 15 Kv Overhead Line: Łęczyca - Piątek No. [0017/08], Which Involves Replacing The Existing Pole Stands With New Spun Poles And Replacing Bare Wires Type Afl-6 With Partially Insulated Ones Resistant To Uv Radiation. The Project Also Assumes The Construction Of 15 Kv Mv Overhead Disconnectors, Manually And Radio-Controlled. 1.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1.2.1. Reconstruction Of Sn-15Kv Overhead Lines (Replacement Of Cables And Pole Positions In Total 19,061 Km); 1.2.2. Construction Of Manually And Radio-Controlled Sn-15Kv Switches (Radio Switches That Need To Be Replaced Together With The Accompanying Equipment). 1.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works (Including The Scope Excluded From Implementation Marked On The Map For Design Purposes In The Attached Documentation) And Works Is Included In The Design Documentation. 1.4. Specification And Description Of Accompanying Works And Temporary Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 1.5. If The Ordering Party Has Provided A Bill Of Quantities As Part Of The Design Documentation, It Should Be Assumed That It Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Determine The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Superior Position Of The Construction Design, As Part Of The Design Documentation, States That If The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Cover All The Works Specified In The Construction Design, The Subject Of The Order Determines The Design. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In This Documentation (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And Instructions, As Well As The Standards Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Annex No. 14 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 13 To The Swz).
