Telecommunications-Infrastructure Maintenance Services – Tender For Contract Regarding Operation And Maintenance Of Landline Telephony. I. Background And Purpose Banedanmark Is An Agency Under The Ministry Of Transport With Approx. 2,500 Employees Who Are Responsible For Maintaining, Renewing And Expanding The Railway So That It Has A Condition And Capacity That Makes It Suitable For Running Trains In Denmark. Banedanmarks It Systems Are Today Divided Into Railway Technical It Systems And Administrative It Systems. The Tendered Contract Relates To Services Related To Banedanmarks Overall Fixed Telephony Infrastructure And Includes Operation And Maintenance Of These Telephony Platforms As Well As Storage Services, User Unit Administration, Support And Consulting Services, And Includes Tasks To Be Solved Remotely And Onsite. The Services Are Delivered To Banedanmark, But Given The Interconnected Nature Of The Railway Networks, The Other Contracting Authorities Listed Via Banedanmark Will Also Purchase Services Covered By The Contract. Ii. Current Setup: Banedanmarks Overall Fixed Telephony Infrastructure Includes Per April 2024 In Outline (Estimated): A Number Of Mx-One Telephone Exchanges, Today A Trademark Of The Canadian Company Mitel; But Which Is A Further Development Of L. M. Ericssons Md110 Exchange. In Banedanmarks Telephone Network (Banetett) There Are: • Three Exchanges Owned By Banedanmark, And • Two Exchanges Owned By Sund & Bælt A/S The Number Of Servers Running These Exchanges Is 17 And The Number Of Gateways Is 29. The Exchanges Are All Connected Using Sip Trunks And/Or 2Mbit/Qsig Connections With Facility Transfer Between Them. The Centers Are Currently Equipped With Approx. 2000 Physical Subscriber Sports And A Further Approx. 500 Extra Line Extension Numbers (Incl. Message And Priority Line Numbers) Or Search Group Extension Numbers, Mobile Extensions And Ip Extension Numbers And More. The Future Subscriber Base For These Exchanges Is Loosely Estimated To Be Around 1,500 Physical Ports. This Is In Line With The Fact That Other Types Of Switchboards Are Being Closed Down In Favor Of Forwarding Ip Subscribers Or Other Transmissions And Implementation Of The Roll-Outs In The Signaling Program. A Wide Range Of Advanced Telephony Functions Are Used, Including: • Voice Message With Welcome, Queue And Repeated Queue Messages, As Well As Estimated Waiting Time. • Search Groups With Multi-Level Overflow Including External Overflow. • Hotline • Individual And Call-Specific Forwarding • Transferring • External Transfer • Mobile Extension • Least Cost Routing (Lcr) • Number Conversion/Manipulation • Dial By Name • Number Logging (Who Has Called?) • Original A-Number Display In Banedanmark Is Logged (Recorded ) Conversations On Train Traffic Relevant Command Post Telephones. This Is Due To Requirements For Documentation In Connection With Any Traffic Accidents Or Other Incidents. The In Touch Recording Systems Are Used For Logging Ip, Analogue And Digital Subscribers And Analogue City Lines For Traffic. The Logging Equipment Consists Of A Centrally Located Collecting Vmware Server And 10 Digitized Recording Equipment. A Central Switchover Has Been Established For The Whole Of Banedanmark. Mitels In-Attend Solution Is Used, With Two Servers. See
