Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services of Final Evaluation of Strengthening Education Systems, Bridging Learning Loss (SESBiLL) Project. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organization with over 76 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people as they build a new future. NRC responds to humanitarian needs through core competencies programs in Uganda in Education, Protection from Violence, Livelihood and food security, Wash, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Shelter and Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA). In Uganda, NRC has its country office in Kampala that is supporting field operations in Westnile (Arua, Adjumani, Madi-Okolo, Yumbe), Southwestern (Isingiro, Kyangwali), Kampala metropolitan and Karamoja (Moroto) in partnership with Save the Children International (SCI). In West Nile, NRC has its presence in Bidibidi, Rhino Camp, Imvepi, Omugo, Palorinya, Ayillo II, Nyumanzi, Maaji II and Maaji III refugee settlements. NRCs presence in the Southwest includes Nakivale, Oruchinga refugee settlements and Nyankabande transit center in Kisoro District.
