It Is Structured Around A Basic Flat-Rate Mission And A Part At Unit Prices As Follows: - A Basic, Flat-Rate Mission, Made Up Of The Following Phases: 1. The Inventory Phase Updating The Needs And Evaluating The Condition And Capacity Of The Production Works And Storage And The Main Dysfunctions On The Networks Allowing The Definition Of Objectives At The Intermunicipal Scale Taking Into Account Municipal Specificities 2. Analysis Of The Improvement Solutions To Be Implemented To Respond To The Needs And Challenges Identified 3. Production Of The Master Plan Intercommunal Aep And Associated Documents - Unitary Services Which Can Be Initiated In The Form Of Purchase Orders During The Contract Or At The End Of The Contract, Once The Ppi And The Main Orientations And Objectives Have Been Confirmed, In The Priority Sectors. These Services Will Allow The Moa, Consistent With The Approach, To Specify And Refine Certain Data And Define Action Programs In Priority Sectors Or Themes To Improve The Performance Of The Service. These Services Are Grouped By Theme (Ti) And Their Content Is Defined In Cctp 1. T1 - Heritage Knowledge 2. T2 - Temporary Network Measures Campaigns 3. T3 - Hydraulic Modeling 4. T4 - Update Of The Master Plan - Definition Of An Action Program On Priority Sectors
