The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Operation By The Contractor Of A Stationary Reading System, I.E. Devices And Software Whose Function Is To Collect, Transmit And Transfer Data From Measuring Devices, I.E. Measuring Instruments Measuring The Volume Of Flowing Water, In Particular Water Meters And Flow Meters In The Area Activities Of The Ordering Party Constituting The Area Covered By The Ordering Partys Activities In The Field Of Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal. The Area Includes The Following Communes: -Bydgoszcz (The Entire Commune Area), -Sicienko (Streets: Atolowa, Dolna Waleniowa, Osówiec 72, Osówiec 73, Osówiec 74, Osowa Góra Forest Settlement No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, Bydgoska, Pagórek , Przy Karczmie, Wspólna, Zacisze), -Osielsko (Streets: Jeździecka, Bielska, Rozmarynowa), -Białe Błota (Streets: Chopina, Paderewskiego, Łochowska). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Create, Implement And Operate A Stationary Reading System Based On Iot (Internet Of Things) Technology, Using Communication Techniques: • Long Range In The Licensed Band, And • Other Radio Technologies In Unlicensed Bands, In The Ordering Partys Area Of Operation. In Order To Comprehensively Implement The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Perform The Following Tasks: A) Creation By The Contractor Of A Reading System Allowing For Reading Data From Measuring Devices; B) Launching The Reading System Created By The Contractor Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, I.E. Providing The Ordering Party With Access To The Application Service And Ensuring Data Transmission From The Entire Area Of Operation Of The Ordering Party; C) Provision By The Contractor Of Services In The Field Of Operation Of The Reading System, Including In Particular Maintaining The Proper Efficiency Of The Reading System (Sla), Data Transmission From Measuring Devices And Transfer Of Data From The Reading System To The Ordering Partys Computer System; D) Delivery By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Iot Radio Modules And Their Connection To The Reading System In The Expected Quantity Of 16,417 Pieces; E) Installation Or Replacement Of Iot Radio Modules By The Contractor In The Indicated Locations. The Estimated Number Of Iot Radio Modules Ordered To Be Installed By The Contractor Is 4,613 Pieces, But Not Less Than 4,600 Pieces; F) Delivery By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Mobile Devices Used To Configure Iot Radio Modules And Read Data, In A Total Number Of 12 Pieces; G) Conducting Necessary Training For The Ordering Partys Employees.
