The Components Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Include All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular: Costs Of Surveying Services, As-Built Surveying Documentation, All Costs Related To Commissioning And Start-Up Of The Entire Investment, Costs Of Obtaining The Necessary Tests, Opinions And Arrangements, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Securing The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Restoring The Area To The Condition Before The Commencement Of The Works.3. The Detailed Description Of The Order Specifies: 1) Design Documentation, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz, Which Consists Of: A) Drawings And Sketches B) Detailed Technical Specification (Sst) / Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) Designed Significant Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To Swz4) The Provisions According To The Following Hierarchy Of Documents Are Binding: A) Agreement, B) Drawings And Sketch) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) / Detailed Technical Specifications (Sst), D ) Bill Of Quantities.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Swz And The Annexes To This Swz.5. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb/Sst And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, Indicating The Scope Of The Planned Project. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In Stwiorb/Sst And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Provided Is Only Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price, Therefore It Will Not Affect The Course Of The Construction Process Or The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Determined By The Lump-Sum Offer Price. The Ordering Party Informs That Contractors Should Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Site Visit And Technical Documentation Including The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works12. The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is Min. 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Parties And Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 60 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 72 Months (Maximum Deadline). 13. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects On The Terms Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To Swz.14. If The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Actions Of Subcontractors Towards The Ordering Party As For Its Own.15.
