Construction Work For Swimming Pool - Adaptation Of The Building Of The Former Mechanical Workshops Of The Saturn Mine In Czeladź For The Development Purposes Of The Region - Indoor Swimming Pool. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Which Include Reconstruction, Expansion, Renovation And Change Of Use Of The Mechanical Workshops Building Of The Former Saturn Coal Mine At Ul. Dehnelów In Czeladź, Together With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure For The Indoor Swimming Pool. 1.2. Construction Works Include In Particular: Demolition And Demolition Works, Construction And Assembly Of New Building Elements, Construction, Roofing And Renovation Works, Window And Door Joinery Works, External And Internal Finishing Works, Including Water Supply, Electrical, Electric Lighting And Sanitary Sewage Installations. And Rainwater, Land Development Works. 1.3. The Investment Will Include, Among Others: Pool Zone Located In The Existing Workshop Building On The Ground Floor. There Will Be A Swimming Pool Measuring 25X9.7 M With Four Lanes, Jumping Areas And A Device For Disabled People. It Is Also Planned To Build A Recreation Zone Located On The Ground Floor Of The Newly Designed Part Of The Building. There Will Be A Small Recreational Swimming Pool With Additional Attractions (Water Jets, Hydro Massages, Etc.), 1 Jacuzzi, 1 Jacuzzi With Brine, Two Showers, And Saunas. The Sauna Complex Will Include A Recreation Room, Showers, A Tub With Cold Water, A Public Toilet, And A Steam And Dry Sauna. 1.4. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Just Transformation Fund) - Priority Fesl.10 European Funds For Transformation Measure Fesl.10.09 Reuse Of Post-Industrial, Devastated And Degraded Areas For The Development Purposes Of The Region . 1.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed Based On The Attached Design Documentation And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Construction Practice. 1.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Documentation - Which Consists Of: A. Design Documentation B. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works C. Bills Of Quantities 1.7. The Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order Is 60 Months. Detailed Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 Of The Swz. 1.8. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit And Does Not Envisage Convening A Meeting Of Contractors To Clarify The Content Of The Swz. 1.9. The Ordering Party Informs That Where It Has Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
