Engineering Design Services - Structural Planning And Development Of An Investment Project - Phase Technical Project For A Facility Bringing Gas Transmission Infrastructure To Supply Consumers In The Eastern Maris Region. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: 1. Provision Of The Necessary Initial Data For The Development Of A Detailed Structural Plan - Parcel Plan (Pup - Pp) And Investment Project - Technical Design Phase; 2. Research Activities; 3. Development Of The Route And Sites, Conducting A Procedure For Admitting The Development Of The Pup - Pp, Preparation Of The Pup - Pp And Its Approval By The Contracting Authority; 4. Coordination Of The Pup - Pp By The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Other Interested Parties And Its Approval In Accordance With Art. 129 Of The Zut; 5. Carrying Out Procedures Under The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) And The Biodiversity Act (Bad), Including: 5.1. Assessment Of The Need To Carry Out An Environmental Assessment (Ea), (Option), In Case The Competent Authority Decides To Carry It Out; 5.2. Assessment Of The Need To Carry Out An Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) (Option), In Case The Competent Authority Decides To Carry It Out; 5.3. Issuance Of An Environmental Assessment (Ea) Opinion (Option), In Case The Competent Authority Decides To Carry Out An Ea; 5.4. Assessment Of The Degree Of Impact On Protected Areas (Option), In Case The Competent Authority Decides To Prepare An Assessment Report On The Degree Of Impact Of The Plan/Investment Proposal On Protected Areas; 5.5. Environmental Impact Assessment, Incl. Assignment Of The Scope And Content Of An Eia Report (Option), In Case The Competent Authority Decides To Carry Out An Eia; 6. Development Of An Investment Project - Phase Technical Project For Each Stage Of The Object And Its Approval By The Contracting Authority; 7. Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Other Interested Parties, The Consultant Under Art. 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And Its Approval In Accordance With Art. 144, Para. 1 Of Zut. Facility Incoming Gas Transmission Infrastructure For Powering Consumers In The Eastern Mariška Region Will Be Realized In The Following Stages: - Stage: Linear Part; - Stage: Gas Pipeline Cleaning Station (Sog) And Gas Measuring Station (Gis) Kovachevo; - Stage: Station For Cleaning The Gas Pipeline And Gas Measuring Station Mednikarovo; - Stage: Gas Measuring Station Galabovo; - Stage: Gas Pipeline Purification Station Khan Asparuhovo; - Stage: Radnevo Gas Pipeline Treatment Station. All Requirements For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Documentation For The Public Order.
