Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond In The Amount Of Ten (10) Percent Of The Bid Price, Or A Certified Cheque Or Bank Draft In The Amount Of Fifteen (15) Percent Of The Bid Price, Payable To The Town Of Salisbury. Realignment Of A Portion Of The Existing South Perimeter Berm Including, Grubbing, Temporary Water Control Works And Dewatering, Common Excavation, Berm Construction Using Excavated Materials, Supply And Installation Of Geotextile And R-50 And R-5 Riprap Materials And Aggregate Base. 4. Ditching, Removals And Disposals. 5. Reinstatement Of All Disturbed Areas.
