The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task Construction Of A Gymnasium At The Primary School In Osiny Along With A Connector And Land Development Based On Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Annex No. 9 To Swz.2 ). The Construction Works Are Aimed At Implementing A Project Involving The Demolition Of A Farm Building And The Construction Of A Gymnasium At The Primary School In Osiny Along With A 3-Story Connector Intended For The Gymnasium And Classrooms. The Development Of The Area Includes: Construction Of A Playground, Construction Of Parking Spaces And Reconstruction Of The District Road, Including The Reconstruction Of An Uncovered Ditch Into A Covered Ditch. 3). The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Along With Opinions And Positions Of The Authorities Listed In Art. 56 Of The Construction Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Intermediate Deadlines Resulting From The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. Failure To Meet The Intermediate Deadlines For The Execution Of Elements Of The Works Resulting From The Agreed Material And Financial Schedule Of The Task Will Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Without Defects And Failures, Complete And Submit All Documents Necessary For Acceptance Related To The Implementation Of The Task, Including Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility For The Ordering Party And Submitting The Subject Of The Contract For Final Acceptance.4). The Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Construction Design Approved By Decision No. 341/23 Of November 16, 20235). Kościuszki 11.7) Performance Of The Order Also Includes: A) Development Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, A) Performance Of All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Including Development Of The Construction Site, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Facilities, Together With The Construction And Liquidation Of Utility Connections For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Works And Their Use,B) Construction Of The Necessary Scaffolding,C)Reconstruction Of Roads And Sidewalks Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition After The Completion Of The Worksd)Full Surveying Service Along With An As-Built Inventory,E)Preparation Of As-Built Documentation,F)Preparation Of An Energy Certificate In Accordance With With The Requirements Of Construction Law, G) Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility Along With The Opinions And Positions Of The Authorities Listed In Art. 56 Of The Construction Law On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, H) Providing Instructions For The Use Of The Facility, Including, Among Others: Instructions For Use Of The Facilitys Equipment And Devices, I) Providing Fire Safety Instructions Along With Fire Protection Equipment (Fire Extinguishers, Blankets, Etc.), J) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Employer On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, K) Waste Management Arising During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012. In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Violation Of Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site. And Waste Management To The Extent That Completely Exempts The Ordering Party From This Responsibility, L) Performing Tightness Tests After Completion Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Installation Before The Final Acceptance Of The Task. 8) It Is Recommended That The Contractors Make A Local Inspection Of The Area In Order To Obtain All Information Necessary For Proper Preparation Offers. The Date Of The Inspection Is Agreed Directly By The Contractors With The Employers Representatives Designated For Direct Contacts.9) The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Conditions Included In The Swz, Draft Contract And Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence In Their Implementation, Safety, Good Quality And Proper Organization.
