The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Real Estate Services On A Certain Perimeter Of Mostly Residential Assets, Which Will Be Commissioned By The Servicer. Said Servicer Is A Specialist Manager With Whom Sareb Has Signed A Service Provision Contract That Covers, Among Others, The Comprehensive Management Of The Asset, Once The Asset Is Included In Its Management Perimeter. The Provision Of Real Estate Services Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With A Scope Previously Indicated By The Servicer, So That The Successful Bidder Must Carry Out The Global Coordination, Real Estate, Commercial, Technical And Legal Strategy. It Will Include, Among Others, The Functions Of (I) Project Manager/Comprehensive Project And Works Management (Dip), Which Includes Real Estate Commercial Analysis, (Ii) Designer, (Iii) Project Management (Df), (Iv) Security Coordination And Health (Css).
