Project Technical Documentation Was Prepared And A Building Permit Was Obtained For The Implementation Of The Intervention (Class: Up/I-361-03/23-01/000165, Registration Number: 2158-16/06-23-0018 From March 17, 2023). The Works Are Carried Out As Described In The Main Project Created By The Company Valencak D.O.O. From Našice, Project Code 01/23, Which Consists Of Eight Maps And Studies Of Fire Protection, Occupational Safety And Geotechnical Study, Chief Designer. The Building Was Designed For Construction On A Demanding Terrain With An Area Of 19,957 M2, A Total Construction Gross Area Of 4,892.87 M2 And A Total Height Of 18.10 M, Consisting Of A Basement, Ground Floor And Two Floors. The Building Has A Branched Shape And Is Designed Through Three Volumes Or Wings. The Center Is Dimensioned For A Total Of 145 Beds For Users Of The 3Rd And 4Th Category According To The Ordinance On Minimum Conditions For The Provision Of Social Services, Including Half-Day And Full-Day And Occasional Stay Of Users. A Detailed Description Is Given In The Textual Part Of The Project And The Graphic Attachments Of The Project. The Public Procurement Of Works Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Center For The Elderly In Našice (Hereinafter: The Project), Within The Call For Project Proposals Construction And Equipment Of Centers For The Elderly (Non-Institutional And Institutional Services), Npoo.C4.3R3-I4. 01. The Project Is Financed Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan 2021-2026, From Funds Under The Eu New Generation Instrument, Mechanism For Recovery And Resilience. The Partner Of The City Of Našice In This Project Is Osijek-Baranja County.
