Within The Contract, The Following Services Will Be Provided And The Following Documents Will Be Prepared: - Preparation Of The Feasibility Study; - Establishing The Design Criteria; - Carrying Out The Multi-Criteria Analysis Of The Route; - Traffic Study; - Field Investigations; - General Design Activities; - Evaluation Of The Impact On The Environment; - Cost-Benefit Analysis And Financial Model; - Authorizations, Approvals And Agreements; - Technical Assistance Provided To The Beneficiary To Support The Financing Application; - Technical Assistance For The Preparation Of The Award Documentation; The Services That Are The Subject Of The Purchase Will Be Provided In 2 Stages, As Follows: Stage I - Development Of The Feasibility Study Which Will Include The Following Activities: • Creation Of The Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate And All Sf Phase Approvals/Agreements; • Carrying Out Technical Expertise; • Preparation Of The Technical Documentation Of The Feasibility Study Phase, Including Field Studies Stage Ii - Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Following Activities: • Preparation Of The Supporting Documentation And Technical Assistance Granted To The Beneficiary/Contracting Authority For The Submission And Approval Of The Financing Application; • Preparation Of The Documentation For Awarding The Work Execution Contract(S) And The Technical Assistance Granted To The Beneficiary/Contracting Authority During The Tender Procedure(S) For The Design And Execution Of Works.
