The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of An Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168 Of The Zut In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Modernization Of The Educational Environment In The City Of Lovech - Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Major Repair And Reconstruction Of Su Todor Kirkov, City Of Lovech, Financed Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-1.007 Modernization Of Educational Environment In Implementation Of Investment 2: Modernization Of Educational Infrastructure Component 1 Education And Skills, Pillar Innovative Bulgaria, National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability. The Implementation Will Ensure The Legal Implementation Of The Construction, Through Construction Supervision And Investor Control During The Implementation Of The Investment Project, Which Will Guarantee The Quality And Accurate Reporting Of The Amount Of Smr. The Contractor Of The Service Will Have Obligations Arising From The Zut And In Accordance With All Other Normative Acts Regulating The Peculiarities And Obligations In His Activity In View Of The Specifics Of The Construction During The Implementation Of The Project. The Total Built-Up Area (Gfa) Of The Site Is 7,206 M2. The Object Is A Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, B. C From Zut. The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification.
