The Service Is Implemented In Connection With The Project Entitled: For You, For Me, For Us - Development Of Social Services In Mazovia, Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Social Development Program, Measure 04.13 High-Quality Social Inclusion System As Part Of Activities Promoting The Idea Of ​​Development Deinstitutionalization. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Improve Coordination And Information Flow In The Context Of The Development Of Social Services And To Harmonize The Social Inclusion Policy Implemented In The Masovian Voivodeship.
