In Order To Fulfill The Contract, It Is Necessary To Involve 500 People, Of Which 240 People Must Become Registered Job Seekers At The End Of The Task! Task Unit I Development Of A Preliminary Unified Methodology (Hereafter: Eem). Content Of The Hrm: A) Finding And Involving Inactive People, Explaining The Necessary Forms Of Counseling, Developing A Needs Assessment A. Searching For Inactive Ones B. The Needs Survey C. Development Of The Samples To Be Used B) Involvement Of Host Businesses A. Search For Host Businesses B. Development Of A Counseling Plan, C. Development Of The Samples To Be Used Result Product: Eem Consisting Of Two Parts, Which Min. 2, Max. The Length Of 3 Authors Sheets. Completion Deadline: 3 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Ii. Task Unit Involvement In The Project, Preparation Of Consulting Needs Assessments And Development Of Proposals To Support Workplace Integration And Retention Of The Workforce A) Search For Inactive People (Search For 500 People) And The 240 People Who Are Able To Work Over The Age Of 30, But Have Been Inactive For At Least 180 Days (Unregistered Jobseekers) For The Project Involvement. Fieldwork: Discussions With Involved Persons And The Needs Surveys. Indexing: Based On The Data Of The Database And The Results Of The Profiling, The 240 Persons Suitable For Work Are Selected From The Extracted Data. Making A Proposal: Making A Proposal For A Personalized Form Of Counseling And The Frequency Of Those Forms. Consultations Can Begin When The Proposal Has Been Accepted By The Bidder. B) Involvement Of Businesses: Involvement Of 15 Businesses In The Project, Recording And Recording Of Main Data, Mapping Of Jobs To Be Filled. Acceptance Of Preliminary Letters Of Intent And Conclusion Of Cooperation Agreements. Task Unit Holding Individual And Business-Tailored Counseling, Optional And Possible Forms Of Counseling: A) For The Inactive, The Goal Is To Prepare The Included Disadvantaged Target Group To Become Suitable For Employment, And An Important Project Element Is The Course
