According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By The Governments Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), 11 Days Before The Date Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days.
