The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Design And Construction Of An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Kindergarten Building At Ul. Bauma/Welta In Łódź, Plot No. 61/12, Precinct W-35, In Prefabricated Technology As An Energy-Saving Building. The Investment Envisages The Construction Of A Low, Two-Story Building With No Basement In The Northern Part And A Single-Story Building In The Southern Part, In Place Of The Designed Kitchen Block, Intended For 12 Kindergarten Classes. The Execution Of The Order Includes Landscaping And The Delivery Of Brand New Furniture And Other Equipment. 1.1. The Ordering Party Envisages The Construction Of A Building Using Prefabricated Technology: Prefabricated Construction Technology Means The Construction Of A Facility From Prefabricated Elements - Semi-Finished Products, Standard, Typical Building Elements Ready For Assembly On The Construction Site, E.G. Ceiling Slabs, Walls, Roof Slabs, Structural Elements, Spatial Prefabricates. Prefabricated Elements Are Manufactured Off-Site And Assembled On The Construction Site, Where They Form A Whole. 1.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Construction Of An Energy-Efficient Building: Energy-Efficient Means A Building Whose Seasonal Demand For Non-Renewable Primary Energy Ep Reaches A Value Below 70 Kwh (M2xyear). The Buildings External Partitions Are Shaped To Ensure High Insulation Of The Entire Building. The Ordering Party Additionally Requires That The Heat Transfer Coefficient U For External Walls Is No Greater Than 0.15 W/(M2xk) And 0.13 W/(M²k) For The Flat Roof. 1.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Task In The Design And Build System, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Prepare Design Documentation Along With Updating Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Necessary Decisions, Possible Derogations From Applicable Regulations Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations Along With Obtaining A Building Permit; - Carrying Out Construction Works, Carrying Out The Required Tests And Trials To The Extent Necessary To Put Into Operation All Elements And Devices Covered By The Project; - And Implementation Of Other Facilities, External Installations, Connections And Construction Of Necessary Networks Related To This Construction, Including Obtaining All Documents Necessary To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Use; - Supplies Of Equipment For The New Kindergarten Building: Equipment, Devices And Furniture Along With Other Movable Equipment. 2. The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes And On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 2 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 3.
