This Contract Concerns The Supply Of Office Furniture In The Form Of A Framework Agreement For The Brussels Regional Public Service. It Is Divided Into Three Lots. Each Of The Three Lots Takes The Form Of A Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Does Not Confer Any Exclusivity Rights On The Successful Bidder(S). The Awarder Remains Free To Procure Furniture Outside Of The Framework Agreements Provided For In This Contract If He Considers It Appropriate. A First Lot Entitled Formal Furniture Concerns The Supply Of Office Furniture Itself. It Concerns Common And Standard Pieces Of Furniture In This Area, Such As Office Chairs, Tables, Desks, Tables And Chairs For Meeting Rooms. A Second Batch Is Entitled Bubble-Type Furniture This Batch Concerns Only Pieces Of Bubble-Type Furniture, Which Can Be Defined As Work Spaces That Can Accommodate A Limited Number Of Workers, And Allow Them To Be Isolated From The Noise Of The Spaces. Collective Work. These Pieces Of Furniture May Also Include Additional Lighting, And Their Own Ventilation Equipment. The Third Lot Entitled Informal Furniture Aims To Supply Pieces Of Furniture More Distant From The Office Furniture Itself And Accessories. This Lot Concerns Items That Can Find Their Place In An Office Space, But Distinct From Office Tables And Chairs And Accessories. This Includes, For Example, Sofas, Sofas, Bookcases, Armchairs, Individual Locker Furniture (Lockers), And Other Small Furniture.
