The Cf Caracal Station Is Located Within The Radius Of Caracal Municipality, Olt County, Located In The North-East Part Of The City. Currently, The Caracal Railway Station Does Not Meet The Interoperability Standards Imposed On Passenger Rail Transport, Presenting A Series Of Deficiencies In Terms Of Comfort, Accessibility, As Well As Its Operation As A Transport Terminal. The Building And The Entire Operating Apparatus Of The Caracal Cf Station Are Physically Degraded And Out Of Date From A Technical Point Of View, No Longer Complying With The Current Standards Of Hygiene, Safety And Comfort. The Passenger Building, The Information And Warning Facilities, The Facilities That Should Ensure Thermal Comfort And Related Services Offered To Passengers, Require Revisions And Upgrades. The Passenger Building Consists Of A Body With Partial S Height Regime+P+1E Partial Height Regime. The Built Area Is Ac=248 Sq M, The Developed Area (Including Basement) Is Ad=535 Sq M. The Rehabilitation Of The Existing Building Includes Consolidation Works Recommended By The Technical Expert And Resulting From The Changes In Internal Compartments And The Reconfiguration Of The Gaps In The Walls And Floors, Works Designed For The Purpose Of Refunctionalizing And Modernizing The Building And Restoring The Installations. Consolidation And Reparative Measures Based On The Existing Situation: - Repair Of Existing Cracks In The Concrete Structural Elements, If Such Elements Are Found After Full Uncovering - Review And Local Repair Of Degraded Brick Masonry Areas: Cracks, Cracks, Dislocations, Exfoliation, Etc. , Relevant Or Found After Discovery.
