The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Construction Site 1.3 3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out During The School Year, The Contractor Will Provide Work Is Organized In Such A Way As To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The School, As Well As Continuity Of Communication. 3.2. The Names Constitute Only A Precise Definition Of The Class And Technical Parameters Of The Products Required By The Ordering Party And Are For Example Purposes Only. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers In This Respect Of Equivalent Quality, Meeting Equivalent Parameters Specified In The Description.
